Amerikano,Rummy ailesinin özgün bir üyesidir.Amerikano kağıt oyunu 51 oyununa çok benzeyen bir oyundur ve okey mantığında dizilimler gereken bir oyundur. 2 adet 52’lik deste ile oynanır.(102 + 2 joker)

Oyun 51 ve okeyin aksine kurallar ile oynanır, bu kurallar;

Oyuna başlayacak olan kişi yerdeki kağıdı alma hakkına sahiptir. (51’de bu kağıt açmadan alınamaz). Eğer sıradaki oyuncu bu kağıdı almak istemezse desteden sıradaki kartı çeker.Oyuncunun almadığı bu kartı başka bir oyuncu almak isterse desteden bir ceza kartı çekerek yerdeki kağıdı alabilir.

Kurallar:

İlk tur kimse yere kart açamaz.
Joker istenilen kart yerine geçer.
Yere ilk kart açılışında sadece kural gerçekleştirilir başka küt veya seriler açılamaz.
4’lü küt oyununa kadar başlangıç kuralı jokerle gerçekleşemez.
Sırası gelmeyen oyuncu yere atılan kartı ortadaki kapalı desteden bir tane ceza kartı daha çekerek yerden alabilir.
Yere kart açmayan oyuncu diğer oyunculara kart işleyemez.
Jokerle biten oyunda, diğer oyuncular ellerindeki kart puanlarının toplamının 2 katı puan alır.

Küt: Farklı simgelerden fakat aynı sayıdan oluşan kartlara deniyor.

Seri: Adından da anlıcağınız üzere aynı simgeye sahip ardışık kartlardan meydana geliyor.

Oyunumuz ilk olarak 3’lü küt eliyle başlıyor.İlk turda yere kart açmak yasak. Bu aşamada oyun okey kıvamında devam ediyor. İlk oyuncu yere bir kart atıyor sıradaki oyuncu kart işine yarıyorsa o kartı alıyor yaramıyorsa ortadaki kapalı desteden bir kart çekiyor. Eğer sıradaki oyuncu yere atılan kartı almıyorsa diğer oyuncular dilerse ortadaki kapalı desteden bir ceza kartı çekip yerdeki kartı da alma hakkına sahip.Oyun kendi içinde bir tur döndükten sonra dileyen oyuncu kuralı gerçekleştirip yere kartlarını açabilir. Kuralı gerçekleştirip yere kartlarını açmaya başlayan oyuncular artık kart işlemeye geçebilir. Oyun yere kart açma ve başka oyunculara kart işleyerek devam etmektedir. Elindeki kartları ilk bitiren oyuncu eli kazanır.Kalan oyuncular ise elinde patlayan kartları aşağıdaki kurallara göre toplayıp hanesine eklemek durumunda kalacaktır.

4’lü küt oyununa geldiğimizde oyun artık zorlaşmış olduğundan kuralı gerçekleştirirken joker kullanabiliyorsunuz.

Son ele geldiğinizde ise mantık tamamen okeydeki gibi oluyor. Elinizdeki kartları istediğiniz sıraya diziyorsunuz ve yere bir kart atıp elinizi arkadaşlarınıza açıyorsunuz. Toplamda en az puana sahip oyuncu Amerikano oyununu kazanmış oluyor.
