Boerenbridge, in Vlaanderen ook wel bekend als Chinees poepen, is een kaartspel.

Het doel van het spel is te voorspellen hoeveel slagen men in een bepaalde spelronde kan behalen. Elke spelronde begint met het uitdelen van een gegeven hoeveelheid kaarten aan iedere speler. Iedere speler geeft aan hoeveel slagen hij of zij denkt te gaan winnen, te beginnen bij de speler links van de deler. De hoogste bieder bepaalt de troef.

De persoon die als laatst moet zeggen hoeveel slagen hij haalt (de deler), mag niet het aantal slagen zeggen die de som zou doen uitkomen (Voorbeeld: in ronde 7 krijgt ieder 7 kaarten. Speler 1 zegt dat hij geen slagen haalt, speler 2 zegt drie slagen en speler 3 zegt twee slagen. Speler 4, die laatst zit, mag dus niet zeggen dat hij twee slagen gaat halen, want 0+3+2+2=7).

In de eerste spelronde wordt er één kaart uitgedeeld aan iedere speler. In de tweede ronde worden twee kaarten uitgedeeld aan iedere speler, in de derde spelronde drie, enzovoort. Deze accumulatie van kaarten in de hand gaat door totdat er net voldoende kaarten zijn om het spel te laten doorgaan (bijvoorbeeld met vijf spelers is het maximaal aantal uitgedeelde kaarten per speler gelijk aan 10). Na de spelronde met het maximale aantal kaarten wordt er in de volgende spelronden terug afgebouwd, tot de laatste ronde met één kaart per speler. De speler met het hoogste aantal punten na de laatste ronde wint het spel.
Boerenbridge, also known in Flanders as Chinese pooping, is a card game.

The object of the game is to predict how many strokes one can achieve in a given game round. Each game round begins with a given amount of cards dealt to each player. Each player indicates how many strokes he or she expects to win, starting with the player to the left of the dealer. The highest bidder determines the trump.

The last person to say how many strokes he gets (the dealer) should not say the number of strokes that would make the sum come out (Example: in round 7 each receives 7 cards. Player 1 says he does not hit, player 2 says three strokes and player 3 says two strokes, so player 4 sitting last should not say that he is going to get two strokes, because 0 + 3 + 2 + 2 = 7).

In the first game round, one card is dealt to each player. In the second round, two cards are dealt to each player, in the third round, three, and so on. This accumulation of cards in the hand continues until there are just enough cards for the game to continue (for example, with five players, the maximum number of cards dealt per player equals 10). After the game round with the maximum number of cards, the following game rounds are reduced again, until the last round with one card per player. The player with the highest number of points after the last round wins the game.
